Fresh cream and chocolate cream are stacked in 2 layers, creating a smooth texture and a pronounced chocolate flavour. If crisp pastry is more your style, the strawberry mille-feuille is a highlight. Generous custard cream and strawberries are sandwiched between crisp, golden layers of pastry, balancing a toasted flavour with refreshing fruit.

For a fruit-led choice, the colourful Seasonal Extra-Large Tart pairs a crisp pastry shell with custard cream and an abundant selection of fruit.
